The New Brandwatch Help Center

Introducing the new Brandwatch Help Center, redesigned to help you answer questions quickly, and level up your knowledge.

We know that sometimes using a digital consumer intelligence platform can be tough. 

There are many features to learn, several data sets to master, and new functionality added every two weeks. Getting to grips with all of this isn’t always easy, even for expert users.

That’s why, at Brandwatch, we take particular pride in our Help Center. It’s an ever-growing encyclopedia on all things Brandwatch, containing answers to any question you might have.

Today, we’re happy to announce that over the last six months we’ve been busy updating the Help Center, making it even easier to use to level-up your Brandwatch knowledge.

Introducing the new Help Center

Whether you’re a new user or a Brandwatch veteran, the new Help Center has you covered. Alongside an ever growing list of up-to-date resources, the Help Center also comes packed with:

Detailed fortnightly notes revealing everything new in the latest version of the Brandwatch platform.

Level-up in the new Learning Zone

The Learning Zone contains everything you need to get to grips with Brandwatch or to expand your knowledge. It’s the perfect place to learn best practices, discover new features, and inspire better analysis. The Learning Zone is growing every day, and within it you’ll find:

  • Bespoke training videos – Engaging, easy-to-watch videos make learning the more complex parts of Brandwatch simple and fast. Whether you’re learning the basic foundations of the platform or how our latest feature works, you’ll find a video tutorial right for you.
  • Eye-opening webinars – Our training webinars help build your knowledge and apply best practices to your work. Every two weeks there’s a new webinar, covering a different subject to level-up your knowledge.
  • How to guides – These guides focus on Brandwatch’s core use cases and beyond. Whether it’s building a brand search or creating a dashboard to monitor Covid-19, these detailed guides will have you covered.
  • Foundation Certification – For those who want to test their knowledge, the free Foundation Certification is available. The exam covers all core parts of the platform. Those that pass receive a certificate to showcase their knowledge.
